- Exchange of items must be made within 7 days from date of purchasr unless otherwise agreed. Exchange of items can only be made once. No returns will be allowed without authorization.
- Trade in policy (must present with original sales invoice): New Handmade instrument 50% at any time; Antique instrumens 80%within 2 years of purchase, 100% after 5 years of purchase. Niccoloo Strings reserves its right to reject any trade-in any decisions made shall be final.
- Consignment policy: 80% of the price estimated under the terms of “Trade-in policy” above.
- Niccoloo Strings reserves the right to amend any or all terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice.
